India’s Jio mobile network is experiencing issues according to several users. Similarly, Downdetector shows a spike in complaints related to the network. The number of issues reported on Downdetector related to the Jio network is gradually declining, indicating the problem has been resolved for users. The majority of tweets sent to @JioCare were made from Madhya Pradesh and surrounding areas, suggesting that this particular region was affected by the outage. In the last few hours, hashtag Jio has been replaced by hashtag Reliance Jio on Twitter. There are currently network-related issues with the official customer support handle. The response now reads, “Our team is working on it, and services will be restored as soon as possible.” The Reliance Jio cellular network seems to be down for some users merely hours after WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other apps were affected.
